La Pelle Skin & Health is a dermal clinician–led clinic providing evidence-based treatments focused on long-term skin health. By booking with us, you agree to follow our clinic policies designed to support safe, appropriate and professional care.

Your First Visit & Consultation

Your journey at La Pelle begins with a professional skin consultation. This allows your Dermal Clinician to understand your skin, discuss your concerns, and create a personalised treatment plan suited to your skin’s health and goals.

During your consultation we may review your skin history, lifestyle factors, and treatment options. Treatments are not always performed on the first visit, as this ensures safe planning, appropriate preparation, and the best possible outcomes.

Treatment Approach

Healthy skin takes consistency and the right approach over time. Your clinician may recommend a treatment plan and ongoing schedule to support long-term results rather than short-term or one-off treatments.

Pre-booking future visits can help maintain appropriate treatment timing and support steady progress.

Visiting the Clinic

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete consent forms and allow adequate consultation time.

Please bring:
• a list of current skincare products
• medications or relevant medical information
• referrals if applicable

Children must be supervised at all times and cannot enter treatment rooms during laser or light-based procedures.

Pricing & Payments

All treatment prices are listed on our website. Payment is required prior to treatment.

Payment options available:
• Card
• Afterpay
• Bank transfer
• Cash

Package or program payment plans may be available where discussed with your clinician.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the booking deposit or treatment fee being charged.

Home Care & Treatment Results

Following your recommended home care and treatment schedule helps support the best possible outcomes.

Results vary from person to person, and many skin concerns require a series of treatments over time. Your clinician will guide you through realistic expectations and appropriate aftercare.

Temporary side effects may include redness, dryness, mild irritation, flaking or breakouts as the skin undergoes normal healing and repair.

Medical & Safety Considerations

Please inform your clinician of any medical conditions, medications, or recent skin treatments so we can ensure safe and appropriate care.

In some cases, referral to a GP or dermatologist may be recommended prior to treatment.

Memberships, Packages & VIP Programs

Our memberships and programs are designed to support consistent treatment timing and long-term skin health.

Pricing is listed on our website and may be updated periodically in line with supplier and operating costs.

Memberships may include an initial sign-up fee depending on the program selected. By joining a membership or package, you agree to the agreed payment schedule and ensure sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

Monthly inclusions (such as treatments or benefits) are valid within the applicable membership period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

Membership Payments

If a scheduled membership payment is unsuccessful, a late fee may apply. We encourage contacting the clinic prior to the due date if you require assistance with payment arrangements.

VIP, Package and Membership reschedule/ cancellations

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being redeemed from your membership or package.

Membership fees and program payments are non-refundable once commenced. Members may cancel future renewals at any time, however unused inclusions are not redeemable after cancellation.

Membership Renewal

VIP Programs and memberships may be renewed at the end of the program period. Updated pricing or inclusions may apply at the time of renewal.
