Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral to schedule an appointment. You can book directly through our website or by calling our clinic.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
During your first visit, a bachelor qualified dermal clinician will assess your skin health concerns and discuss your medical and health history. Based on this assessment, we will recommend an appropriate treatment plan tailored to your needs.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Our clinicians will conduct a thorough consultation to evaluate your skin type, medical history, and goals. We will then recommend the most suitable treatment options based on your individual needs.
Are your treatments safe?
Yes, all our treatments are science driven, evidence supported and TGA/ FDA-approved. All treatments are performed by practitioners within their scope of practice. We prioritise patient safety and use the latest techniques and technologies to ensure optimal results.

Do you offer payment plans or insurance coverage?
We accept various forms of payment, including memberships, package plans, pay in 4 paypal / afterpay, card and cash in clinic.
How do I book an appointment?

How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. You can do this by phone or through our online booking system. Go to our terms and conditions to see our guidelines in regards to late canceling and more.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring referral letter if provided one and medications. At your initial skin consultation, feel free to bring a list of any skincare products you are currently using.
Do you offer treatments for children and teenagers?
Yes, we offer care for children and teenagers. We treat various conditions, such as acne, eczema, and other skin concerns, with age-appropriate treatments.
