Mikaela
Mikaela is the Senior Dermal Clinician at La Pelle Skin & Health, with experience working across medical aesthetics, dermatology, laser, and skin health clinics throughout Melbourne. She holds a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences from Victoria University and is an Executive Board Member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC).
With a strong passion for evidence-based skin health, Mikaela has worked alongside dermatologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to support clients through a wide range of skin concerns.
Her areas of interest include acne, scarring, pigmentation, rosacea, reactive skin conditions, and long-term skin health management.
Mikaela is known for her personalised and holistic approach to care, combining advanced treatment technologies with practical education and lifestyle considerations to create realistic, results-focused treatment plans. She is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and support needed to achieve healthy, confident skin at every stage of their journey.
Dermal Clinician
Ashley
Ashlie is an ASDC Registered Dermal Clinician with experience working alongside allied health professionals and dermatologists within the skin health industry. She is passionate about delivering personalised, evidence-based care and helping clients feel confident throughout their skin journey.
Alongside her clinical work, Ashlie has been involved in event management and education initiatives through La Pelle Skin Care, including industry and community events focused on breast cancer awareness, autism advocacy on the impacts of skin health, and professional education for dermal clinicians and nurses.
Ashlie has a special interest in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and post-operative support treatments, as well as skin health, rejuvenation, and corrective therapies. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, she is committed to achieving meaningful, long-term outcomes for her clients.
Nurse & Midwife
Sarah
Sarah Lovalvo is a Midwife and Nurse with a Bachelor of Midwifery and Nursing from Victoria University, and Co-Founder of La Pelle Skin Care. With experience at Monash Health across both public and private hospital settings, Sarah brings a strong focus on women’s health, supporting the clinic’s pregnancy-safe philosophy and holistic approach to care.
Dermal Clinician
Valentina
Valentina is a qualified Dermal Clinician with a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences from Victoria University and is an ASDC Registered Dermal Clinician. Her clinical focus includes evidence-based skin treatments, corrective skin therapies, LED therapy, skin consultations, and personalised treatment planning tailored to each client’s skin goals and needs.
