Need a more advanced treatment occasionally?
Your skin's needs can change over time. If your Dermal Clinician recommends a treatment included in the next membership level, you don't need to change your membership. Simply pay the difference to upgrade your appointment for that visit. This allows your treatment plan to remain flexible while ensuring you only pay for advanced technologies when they're clinically indicated.
Need to pause your membership?
We understand that life happens. If you're travelling, experiencing financial hardship, or need to take a break for personal reasons, please contact our clinic. In many circumstances, we can temporarily place your membership on hold so you can resume your treatment plan when you're ready.
Membership Commitment
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
An initial consultation is required for new clients to ensure your treatment plan is appropriate for your skin concerns and clinical goals.
Cancelling Your Membership
Following the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Please note that memberships are non-refundable, and membership pauses are subject to approval and our membership terms and conditions.
