Skin Chat - (30 min in-clinic) Basic skin assessment and personalised skincare recommendations. Ideal for addressing simple concerns or if you're not yet ready for a comprehensive treatment plan. What's included: - Visual skin assessment - Skincare routine review - roduct recommendations - General treatment discussion What's NOT included: ❌ No 3D analysis or clinical photography ❌ No comprehensive treatment planning ❌ Not for complex conditions (acne, rosacea, pigmentation, etc.) Can upgrade to Full Consult within 30 days (pay $123.10 difference) Full Dermal Consult - (60-90 min in-clinic) Comprehensive clinical consultation for complex skin concerns and treatment planning. Required before all advanced treatments. What's included: - woodslamp and dermatoscopy skin analysis + clinical photography - In-depth health & lifestyle assessment - Personalized treatment plan with clinical timeframes - Homecare prescription - Patch testing (if required) - Ongoing support & progress tracking - Access to our LP mobile app Best for: Acne, rosacea, pigmentation, eczema, dermatitis, anti-aging, or anyone ready for clinical treatment programs. Note: This is a consultation only treatments begin at your second visit to ensure safety and suitability. You can however add on our prep facial treatment to this visit. Why $199? You're receiving care from a Bachelor-qualified dermal clinician (4+ years education, ASDC registered) using clinical-grade technology. This is Allied Health care, not a beauty or spa treatment.
