Cancellation
The booking deposit will be redeemed if you cancel or reschedule an appt within 48 hours of your initial visit.
If this occurs within a 48-hour window on a treatment plan, 100% of treatment service will be redeemed.
Due to the demands of the holiday season (December), if you are not on a plan and paying as you go before being able to reschedule an appointment, payment covering the treatment booked will need to be provided.
